As a Chapter Founder, you will build a team of young people committed to supporting hospitalized children through comfort-kit drives, service projects, fundraising, community partnerships, awareness, and other approved Heart & Hope initiatives.
You do not need an existing club, leadership team, or nonprofit experience to apply. We will help you take the next steps.

Get onboarding, project guidance, fundraising support, templates, resources, and direct messaging with Heart & Hope HQ.
Your account is separate from the Volunteer Hub experience and becomes your chapter leadership portal.
Tell HQ about you, your proposed chapter, your ideas, and why you want to lead.
If your application advances, HQ will schedule a short virtual call to learn more about your vision.
Once approved, your Chapter Hub unlocks and guides you through the steps to activate your chapter.
