We assemble comfort kits for children in cardiac ICUs and bring heart health education to schools — because every child deserves to feel seen and supported.
Every kit costs $15 to assemble and deliver to a child in the cardiac ICU.
Heart & Hope Project was founded by a high school student in West Palm Beach, Florida, driven by his own journey with chronic illness and a deep desire to become a cardiologist. Knowing what it feels like to face uncertainty in a hospital room, he created something tangible: comfort kits and heart health education for children who need it most.
Handcrafted kits delivered to children in cardiac ICUs and hospitals dealing with long-term or unexplained illness.
Age-appropriate heart health education outreach at elementary schools, empowering kids to understand and care for their hearts.
Every item is chosen with intention — to comfort, distract, and remind a child that they are seen, loved, and brave.
